In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation part 10.002(b)(2)(iii) the U.S. Coast Guard is conducting market research to identify commercially available market sources capable of providing the Ammeter listed below with full traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Actia Group (F0213). Vendors are requested to read the RFI in its entirety to ensure information submittals are complete. The specific component is listed below. AMMETER P/N: 2310-230-00-12 NSN: 6625-14-446-8310 MFGCD: F0213 Responses should include the following: a) Name and address of contractor; b) Cage Code, c) Point of contact including name, title, phone, and email address; d) State whether the business is currently classified as Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), HubZone Small Business, Women Owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business in terms of the NAICS code 336413, e) GSA Contract information if applicable and other information that provides the Coast Guard with a more accurate picture of the potential marketplace for this requirement. The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. After the review of the responses to this sources sought notice, and if the USCG still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website. Responses to this sources sought notice are not adequate response to any future solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation in addition to responding to this sources sought notice. Responses to this sources sought notice are NOT a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
