- The 633d Contracting Squadron has a requirement for 16 Avalon CTS Philips Solution FM50 Fetal Monitors and Supplies for the 633 Medical Group on Langley AFB, VA. The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with Philips Healthcare; 3000 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA. 01810. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339112. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, SSgt Andrea Hurlburt at andrea.hurlburt@us.af.mil. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. Responses are due by Friday, March 24, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract nor is the Government responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
