- SECOND AMENDED COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. THIS AMENDMENT 0002 CORRECTS THE DELIVERY LOCATION TO JUST NORTHWEST OF THE FRESNO DAM, IN THE KEIHNS BAY AREA. DUE DATE FOR QUOTES REMAINS AT 6:30 PM EASTERN ON MARCH 23, 2017. NO OTHER CHANGES ARE MADE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Set Aside for Small Business and will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Since the delivery of this requirement is urgent and required to be completely delivered by the end of April 2017, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Delivery Date and Price. Offers may be submitted via electronic submission via email, FedConnect, or FBO.gov. Submit offer at or before 1830 (6:30 pm) Eastern, March 23, 2017. Offers transmitted via email should be sent to the Contracting Officer at ASomerville@usbr.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95 effective 1/19/2017. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
