- Solicitation Solicitation Technical Data Package DD254 1. This request for quote will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Purchase Order, with no Options. This solicitation is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, under FAR Part 13. NOMENCLATURE: LIGHT INTERFERENCE FILTER NSN: 5855-01-611-2113 DRAWING NUMBER: OFM-2021-A1 BEST ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY:50 The BEQ does not represent a guarantee by the Government GUARANTEED MINIMUM: $5,000 The guaranteed minimum will be satisfied at the time of award and no additional guarantee amount will be provided. Estimated quantities listed above are not guaranteed and should be used for planning purposes only. CONTRACT MAXIMUM: $150,000 2. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the Technical Specification (see Section J, Exhibit A). 3. Ship To Location: The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This requirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin. The Government required delivery schedule is located in the Deliveries or Performance section. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. 4. This solicitation sets forth instructions to the offeror and evaluation factors for award. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with Section L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERS of the solicitation. Offers will be evaluated according to a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach as specified in Section M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD.
