- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) has a need to procure Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT 5000, brand name or equal, for the Ophthalmology and Eye Care Services department. Solicitation number #VA261-17-Q-0405 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 effective January, 19, 2017. The combined synopsis solicitation is Set-Aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
