- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Purchase Order to American University, 4400 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20016 to provide housing for cadets for AIAD projects in the Wshingotn DC area. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quote which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses are due not later than 11:00am 25 March 2017. Responses shall be sent to robin.c.meyer.civ@mail.mil. If no acceptable responses are received by the due date and time, award will be made without further notice.
