- **********Update 3/22/2017********** **********Amendment 00004*********** Note the revised deadline: - Tab A and Tab B: due 3/27/2017 - Minimum Bailment Quantities: due 3/27/2017 - Remaining/Balance Bailment Quantities: due 3/31/2017 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for Tab A and Tab B submissions from March 13, 2017, to March 27, 2017, by 4:30pm Eastern. Additionally, the quantities of devices due to the designated Government test facilities is changed. Section L.4, Government Testing, is hereby amended to read in part as follows: "The Government will contact each offeror that passes the Technical Acceptability Review (TAR) and request that fifteen (15) PRD test units, complete with all accessories necessary for the devices to function and be maintained (with complete set, kit, and outfit), be provided (loaned) at no cost to the Government via a bailment agreement, which will be signed by the offeror. Offerors will be instructed to deliver the 15 PRD test units to the designated Government test facilities as follows: a) Deliver the following minimum number of devices by March 27, 2017: - One (1) of each proposed PRD to: Dennis Pendergist Seahawk IOC 1050 Register St. North Charleston, SC 29405 - Three (3) of each proposed PRD to: Battelle for the USDOE Attn: Lisa Stoetzel (No PO / Bldg. 3440) 790 6th St. Richland, WA 99354 b) Deliver the following number of devices, or the balance of the fifteen devices, by March 31, 2017: - Seven (7) of each proposed PRD to: Dennis Pendergist Seahawk IOC 1050 Register St. North Charleston, SC 29405 - Four (4) of each proposed PRD to: Battelle for the USDOE Attn: Lisa Stoetzel (No PO / Bldg. 3440) 790 6th St. Richland, WA 99354 A total of eight (8) devices will be delivered to Seahawk IOC; a total of seven (7) devices will be delivered to Battelle for the USDOE." Remaining original text in section L.4 is unchanged. ================================================== Amendment to the Bailment Agreement [New Bailment Agreements would need to be created for any new Tab A and Tab B offers, assuming the deadline for Tab A and Tab B submissions is extended] Bailor will provide the required items as set out below. Failure to meet these delivery dates will preclude the Offeror's PRD from being considered for award. Bailor will provide the PRDs for the duration of the PRD Technical Evaluation that is planned to conclude on or about July 6, 2017.
