- This is a pre-solicitation notice. This is not a request for proposal. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The NAICS for this project is 237990 and the small business size standard is $36.5M. This project will be an addition to FAMCamp at Barksdale AFB, LA. More specifics will be found in the Statement of Work (SOW). The scope of work for this project includes constructing 20 additional RV camp sites with utility connections and support facility. Support facility will include bathrooms with showers and laundry room. Men's bathroom will include 2 toilets, 1 urinal, and 2 showers. Women's bathroom will include 3 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers. Laundry room will include 3 washers and 3 dryers. Electrical service at each pad requires separate 20, 30, and 50 Amp circuits. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 18 April 2017. The Request for Proposal will close 30 Calendar days after the RFP is released. The Performance Period for this project is 270 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 30 calendar days after award of a contract. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for HUBZone Small Businesses in accordance with FAR Part 19. T he Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only at www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; see webpage www.sam.gov. All proposals shall be valid for 180 calendar days after the Request for Proposal closing to be considered responsive. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
