- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, intends to issue a request for proposals to construct a 12,000 SF maintenance shop and industrial facility. The building will be a single-story structure with a 1,600 SF internal storage mezzanine. An elevated truck loading/unloading dock will be included along with an administrative office, bathroom and shower. The project location is Beltsville, Maryland. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1 million and $5 million. The NAICS code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. SBA-certified 8(a) construction firms are eligible to compete in this procurement.
