- Performance Work Statement - the requirements are detailed here This document can assist with obtaining a CAGE code This is the synopsis notice for Roman Catholic Priest Services (Part-time) 1) Any vendor awarded this contract will need to have a CAGE Code. All interested parties would be well advised to start the processes expeditiously. Assistance can be obtained as identified in the attached CAGE Code document. 2) Based on marketing research, the Government has based its government cost estimate to be inclusive of ALL of the following: a) The business expenses associated with normal business operation such as taxes, taxes preparation, professional training, required attire, travel cost, health insurance, retirement, office supplies, equipment etc b) Salary commiserate to a San Diego County GS11/GS12 federal hire (Reference https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/salaries-wages/2016/general-schedule/ 3) The attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the requirements for the contract. All questions are encouraged. The government wishes to improve the PWS. The requirement needs to be filled no earlier than May 1, 2017.
