- This notice is issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District, as an avenue to provide a Request for Quote (RFQ) for W9127N-17-Q-0035. This is a BRAND NAME or EQUAL combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice, THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION, QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 324191, with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 January 2017. Title/Description of Requirement : This RFQ has one contract line item number for the purchase of Mystic JT6 Hi Temperature Grease #2, quantity: 50 - 120lb kegs, with the salient characteristics as follows: Four-Ball wear ASTM D 2266,mm 0.45, Four-Ball EP Weld Point ASTM 2596, kgf 315, Four -Ball Load Wear index ASTM D2596,50. This is Lithium complex grease with a water washout ASTM 1264 % loss of 2.5 at 175 degrees F. Delivery schedule: 13 April 2017 at Logistics Warehouse, 8010 NW ST Helens Rd, Portland, Oregon 97210. Submission Requirements : Proposal shall be emailed to Kimberly.kovar@usace.army.mil no later than 11:00 a.m. on 30 March 2017. Basis of Award : Award will be based on Lowest Price Only. The Government has the right to reject any and all offers. See FAR clause 52.212-2 - Evaluation - Commercial items. To be considered, all potential Offeror's shall be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov.
