- LSJ for VA HR-LOB related hyper-care support for the the VA functional help desk. This award notice describes a contract task order awarded within scope modification with a Limited Sources Justification that was inadvertently not posted to FedBizOPs in late September 2016. Respective LSJ is attached for VA HR-LOB related Hyper Care support to the VA functional help desk in order to supplement staff in anticipation for an elevated number of help desk calls due to the increasing size of deployments. The actual increase for this support is $31,244.20.
