- Amendment 03 March 22, 2017 - Posting of Amendment 03 This amendment provides responses to questions asked about the HVAC system specifications and the flooring specification. Offerors shall read all questions and responses in order to fully understand the engineer responses to the questions. This amendment does not change the solicitation nor any of the specifications. The solicitation closing date (due date for proposals) remains at April 3, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. (Mountain Time). Proposals must be mailed or and delivered, faxed or e-mailed offers will not be accepted. A signed copy of this amendment MUST be returned with proposals submitted in regard to this project.
