- Salient Characteristics North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 326510. This procurement is for the purchase of brand name or equal Harsco Rail Model RMC305 TKO Tie Remover Inserter in accordance with Salient Characteristics that will be provided in the actual solicitation. This proposed procurement will be unrestricted. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Delivery: 180 days after date of contract award. FOB Destination McAlester Army Depot, McAlester. Oklahoma. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 03 April 2017 with receipt of quote 7 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
