- Only SDVOSB will be considered This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a WINDOW PANEL, AIRCRAFT. for NSN 1560-01-119-7631 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 330 Sikorsky Aircraft, Cage 78286; P/N 70216-01000-042. Sources: L. P. Aero Plastics, Inc. Cage 3T949, Precision Standard Inc. Cage 8X897. Contractor First Article testing is required. Govt Fit Test is required. Digital Mylar is available. The required delivery schedule is 460 DAAFA days. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Surge and Sustainment is required. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is February 6, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
