- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for the following commercial items to support the Government of Bulgaria, Ministry of Defense: 1 EA Ambulance (Type I, Mobile ICU), 1 Lot of Spare Parts, and contractor provided OCONUS Operator and Maintenance Training. Requirement W56HZV16R0152 will be a one-time buy with no option period and will be solicited as a full and open procurement.
