- Price Proposal Matrix Small Business Participation Proposal Sample TO Price Proposal Matrix Sample Task Order DRAFT Solicitation Past Performance Questionnaire Sample TO Media Buy Purpose: The National Guard Bureau, Contracting Support Office is contemplating on issuing a contract which will provide for US States and Territories for the Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Commands (RRCs), and military and civilian marketing personnel access to professional media buying and placement services.This action is a secondary measure only and NGB fully intends to include State Media Services into the current AMRG contract (W9124D-11-D-0036) via a J&A this FY as as a short term bridge. After this FY, NGB plans to have this requirement fall in under the Total Army Marketing Initiative as part of the AMRG contract currently out as an RFP (W9124D-16-R-0046). Upon award of the current competitive effort, ( RFP (W9124D-16-R-0046) NGB marketing efforts will transition to the AMRG IDIQ. The purpose of this request for information (RFI)/sources sought notice is to provide potential offerors; advanced notice of this procurement, gauge interest and receive any feedback or comments in regards to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). We are not asking for any questions, however feedback is welcome and is to be received by 17 FEB 2017 to Sheryl Mathews and MAJ Mark Williams contact information listed in this posting.
