(ABOA): 2,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): None (0) Parking Spaces (Surface): None (0) Parking Spaces (Structured): None (0) Parking Spaces (Reserved): None (0) Full Term: Twenty (20) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Option Term: None (0) Additional Requirements: Seeking ground floor warehouse type storage space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
