- Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition UH-72 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) This requirement provides Contractor Logistic Support Parts Support & Sustainment for the Army's UH-72 fleet currently in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations. This suport consists of a Flight Hour Rate (FHR) for Firm Fixed Price material based upon the estimated number of annual flying hours to include separate Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Logistics Labor and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) in support of the FHR ; pilot training, functional check flight training, airframe training, and powerplant training, as well as a spare parts pool ( engines, select engine modules, FCUs, Main Rotor Blades, & Axial Wheels), Time Between Overhaul, Over & Above, Engineering Services, Contractor Field Support Representatives, and Contractor Field Teams.
