- SF 30 Fisher WRP - Cotton County, Oklahoma Walters Field Service Center Walters, OK The Fisher WRP project is for the construction/enhancement of wetlands on a WRP easement. This contract will consist of: • Excavating Full Circle Deep-Water Habitats • Constructing Earthfill Wetland Embankments • Installing a HOPE Tubing with Inline Water Control Structure • Fertilizing, planting vegetation, and placing hay mulch • Placing a Temporary Cover Crop (if necessary) - Between $100,000 and $250,000 - Site showing tentatively scheduled for 1/9/17 -Proposed start date is 1 MAR 17 -Clarification to bid bond: bid guarantee shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million. -Bid due date changed to 25 JAN 17.
