- ** Amendment #1 -- RFQ and Attachment I updated ** This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Part 13.5 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92257-17-Q-0028, and a single award FFP (Firm Fixed Price) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-93, 16 Dec 2016 and the DFARS Publication Notice (DPN), 20161104.
