- he U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 9, Falls Church, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to 303 Enterprises LCC, Star, Idaho. This requirement is for a subject matter expert to provide aviation matters expertise to departments in the development of aviation policies and materials and have exceptional knowledge of Department of Interior aviation concepts. Expertise in U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Department of Interior aviation management policies and practices is mandatory. 303 Enterprises LLC, subject matter expert has extensive experience and intimately familiar with Department of Interior Aviation process due to continued assistance as a facilitator for aviation governance bodies and highly successful major accomplishments. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541990. The size standard is $15.0. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond 01/23/2017. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
