- Combo RFQ to update Statement of Work, Upload RFI Log, and change response date. Attachment 1 - SOW Repair and Refurbish AFTF 18 Jan 17 RFI Log dated 18 Jan 17 18 Jan 2017 - This combined synopsis solicitation was ammended to change the response date, provide RFI Log dated 18 Jan 17, and add a new Statement of Work dated 18 Jan 2017. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89; DEFENSE FAR SUPPLEMENT (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20160802, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2016-0603. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330, with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00. The 20th Civil Engineer Squadron, located at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC, is seeking to repair and refurbish the Aircraft Fire Training Facility in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Combo/RFQ.
