- 1-18-17 Solicitation N65236-16-R-0027 is still under development. To further develop the requirement the Government has issued a Request for Information (RFI) (attached below). The RFI asked industry for their input on the inclusion and procedures to implement Small Business Reserves for this requirement. RFI responses are due no later than 14:00 Easter Time on 01 February 2017, to lacey.flint@navy.mil. Industry Questions and Answers has been updated. General questions about this requirement that have no bearing on the responses submitted to the RFI may be submitted to the Industry Feedback mailbox, industryfeedback.fct@navy.mil and will be responded to as part of the Command-Wide Contracts Industry Day Q&A process. 12-16-16 Solicitation N65236-16-R-0027 is still under development. The full text of the market survey is provided as an Attachment to this posting. All potential offerors (large and small business) are invited to comment on the draft PWS provided as Attachment 1. The deadline for questions regarding this market survey is October 26, 2016. An Industry Day will be held November 4, 2016.
