- In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA ™s decision to use brand name, limited competition procedures. The FAA intends to compete the requirement for one year of Oracle software maintenance on a limited basis among the following companies: Affigent BIAS DLT Solutions Mythics The aforementioned companies were provided by Oracle as the only approved resellers. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement. Any questions or comments about this announcement must be directed to the Contracting Officer at Kathryn.Scott@faa.gov no later than 4:00PM (EST) on January 26, 2017.
