- Amendment Three (03) done to Request for Proposal No. A17PS00192 as follows: 1. To answer questions received and the governments response: Question Asked: Reviewing Work Requirements for the subject solicitation and there are references to ¿plume delineation ¿ and ¿remediate impacted groundwater ¿, yet I see no mention of performing a groundwater investigation in the document. Is a groundwater investigation also required for this effort in addition to a horizontal and vertical soil impact assessment? Governments Response: Groundwater investigations are not part of the soil contamination delination for the SDV project. The contractor is to prepare the SOW for this project to conduct the horizontal, lateral, and vertical extent of toxaphene contamination at the two SDV sites. This would justify the plume delineation. In addition a Sampling plan is to be prepared. We used a template so we must have left the "remediate groundwater impact" in the SOW. 2. Another question asked and the governments response is attached. 3. The SCS report is attached, maps and colored area photos. 4. There will be no more questions asked. 5. The due date for the proposal is still set for January 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS THE SAME IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
