- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm-fixed, sole source contract in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2). This requirement is for the rental of the RotoProne bed. The RotoProne bed is the only bed of its kind that will allow patients to be placed in a 100% prone position and is exclusive to Arjo. The Government intends to make the award to Arjo Huntleigh. More information about Arjo can be found at www.arjohuntleigh.com.
