- RFI / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO ANY INCURRED COSTS IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS NOTICE, OR TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. PURPOSE The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry comments on the draft statement of work, to determine interest in participation, and to determine the availability of potential small businesses (e.g., 8(a) business development participants, HUBZone small business concerns, service disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, and economically disadvantaged women owned small business (EDWOSB) concerns and women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns) that can provide services for the National Cancer Institute Security Services support requirement. The information from this market research will help the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Services (PSC) plan their acquisition strategy. Firms are strongly encouraged to provide comments, questions, and suggestions relative to the project scope, methodologies and technologies, and approach. Any input that businesses or interested parties would like to provide will be reviewed and considered. Responses shall be no more than 10 pages in addition to the standard informational or promotional literature of the submitting entity. Pages submitted for resumes will not count against total page count. Responses must be in 8.5 x 11 inch format with one inch margins using 12 point font (Times New Roman or Arial), single spaced. Font size for graphics and tables is 10 point (Times New Roman or Arial). Marketing material is strongly discouraged, and limited to 1 page which counts against the page count limits described above. The submission shall be clearly marked as 17-233-RFI-00150. Please provide the above information no later than February 1, 2017, via email only, to Frank.Barnett@PSC.hhs.gov and bsonnier@yrci.com.
