Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) in Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a contract to purchase existing modular buildings currently under lease to Vanguard Modular Building Systems in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The solicitation will not be posted on FedBizOpps. Although a determination has been made to limit competition to Vanguard Modular Building Systems, a firm may request an electronic copy of the solicitation from Catherine Prestipino at Catherine.Prestipino@uscg.mil. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and offer in accordance with the solicitation, which shall be considered by the agency if received on or before January 24, 2017 at 11:00AM, Eastern. The solicitation will be available on January 19, 2017 and will close on January 24, 2017 at 11:00AM, Eastern.
