- The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal AL. intends to award The immixTechnologies, Inc. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302.1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for MSC Token License Renewal, software. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; all offers will be considered; however, it is the Governments intent to award a sole-source purchase to immixTechnologies, Inc.
