- This Modification/Amendment is to revise and add Pre-Solicitation Information as follows: A pre-solicitation conference will be held on 30 January 2017 from 1030 am-1200 pm ET in Meeting Room 01 at the DLA Energy Lorton Training Facility, located at 10400 Furnace Road, Lorton, VA 22079. Please note that the solicitation and associated information/content is not final and subject to change between issuance of this Pre-solicitation notice and actual issuance of the solicitation. The information provided in this posting and associated draft solicitation is not binding on the Government. Requirement Questions: Please provide a list of any questions no later than 1700 ET on January 23, 2017 to Ellen Steinmetz via email at ellen.steinmetz@dla.mil. Pre-Solicitation Conference Information: DLA Lorton Building Floor: 2 Room: MR01 10400 Furnace Road Lorton, Virginia 22079 Date: January 30, 2017 Time: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST Note: Driver Licenses are required for Base access; contractors who do not possess a current CAC will require an escort to the conference room. All contractors requiring escort should arrive by 10:00 AM EST.
