- NNK17600289R Amendment 01 NASA/KSC is releasing Amendment 01 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Laboratory Support Services and Operations (LASSO) contract. As defined in the attached SF-30, RFP Amendment 01 consists of updates to the following portions of the RFP: - Sections B through M - Attachment J-01 and Appendix 4 - Attachment J-02 - Attachment J-03 - Attachment J-06 - Attachment J-07 - Attachment J-08 - Attachment J-09 - Attachment J-11 - Updated Cost Template Instructions for Attachment L-02 - Attachment L-04 - Attachment L-14 Prospective offerors are cautioned to review this amendment carefully and in its entirety to discern all changes. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to ksc-lasso-seb@mail.nasa.gov. ******************************************************* Posted December 15, 2016 NASA/KSC is pleased to announce the release of the Laboratory Support Services and Operations (LASSO) Request for Proposal. ******************************************************* Posted November 29, 2016 NASA/KSC plans to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Laboratory Support Services and Operations (LASSO) contract. Previous notices regarding LASSO were Sources Sought Synopsis (NNK17ZOS005L) and Draft Request for Proposal (NNK17600289R-Draft). An interested parties list is located at https://public.ksc.nasa.gov/Procurement/LASSO. The LASSO contract will be a full and open procurement. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541380 and $15M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about December 15, 2016, with an anticipated proposal due date on or about February 10, 2017. This synopsis is not a solicitation. The Government is not requesting proposals and this should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government intends to award a single new laboratory contract called LASSO to promote synergy of services, skills and maintenance activities across KSC's multiple laboratories including operational labs and engineering, scientific and research labs. The LASSO contract will: - Operate and maintain a diverse set of laboratories, developmental shops and test facilities at KSC to provide support services to multiple customers. - Provide operational laboratory services to the KSC Institution, NASA Programs, Spaceport customers, other NASA centers and other government agencies. - Support scientific research and engineering analysis, test and evaluation in laboratory environments. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective Offerors are requested to notify the Contracting Officer, Suzanne Blubaugh, at ksc-lasso-seb@mail.nasa.gov of their intent to submit an offer.
