- N40085-17-R-8300 INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITY PROJECTS WITHIN NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC, PRIMARILY IN NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA AND GEORGIA This amendment is issued to provide responses to Pre performance inquiries as follows: QUESTION: Under Criterion 1 - Specialized Experience item 1 states Projects demonstrating experience with United Facilities Criteria (UFC), SPECSINTACT, AutoCAD, metric units, and SUCCESS/PACES estimating software will be considered more favorably. Metric units are normally used for OCONUS projects, therefore CONUS projects will not meet this criteria. Is this correct? REPSONSE: Most CONUS projects do not use metric, but these may require a metric wavier. A project could be required to use metric units in the CONUS.
