- 17T0049_sol (N00164-17-T-0049) - SOLE SOURCE - BRAND NAME UHF SWITCHED OUTPUT MULTI-COUPLER (USOM) TEST, TEAR DOWN, EVALUATION, AND REPAIR - FSC- J016 -NAICS - 811219 Issue Date 11 JAN, 2017 -Closing Date 18 JAN, 2017 - Time 3:00 P.M. EST This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. The solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202 (a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-17-T-0049 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SIZE STANDARD FOR NAICS 811219 IS $20,500,000.00 SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Limited Source Procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, R F Products, INC. 1500 Davis St, Camden, NJ 08103, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The OEM owns all proprietary data for this equipment. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for: CLIN 001) 2 EA, TT&E, P/N 800225-02 CLIN 002) OPTION #1, 2EA, Repair, P/N 800225-02 Delivery: Require FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Indiana 47522. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. The anticipated award Date is 25JAN2017 Quoters - Please note before preparing your quote, carefully review ALL SECTIONS. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor, FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be available for download on 11JAN2017. Closing date will be on 18JAN2017, by 3:00 P.M. EST. This notice is a synopsis and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure subject equipment, all changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps.
