- Specification for Passenger Van Technical Information Questionnaire The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for the following commercial items to support the Government of Barbados, Ministry of Defense: 1 EA Toyota HiAce Van. This requirement is FOB Origin and RFID tags are required. This is a one-time buy with no option period. See current attachments posted with this RFI: Specification (Attachment 0001) and Technical Information Questionnaire (Attachment 0002). Please respond to this RFI if interested and able to meet the technical aspects of this solicitation. ACC-WRN is requesting that any parties interested in the requirement or have feedback on the requirement to please contact John Pierce at john.l.pierce61.civ@mail.mil. The close dated for this Sources Sought/Request for Information is 5:00 p.m. local Warren, MI (EDT), 27 Jan 2017. If you can provide these items, please respond with the following information: 1. Company and Point of Contact Information 2. Cage Code 3. Small Business Classification of your company 4. How many days after receipt of order can you deliver a vehicle that meets these specificaitons? 5. Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude price (can be a range) on a per vehicle basis 6. Any issues that would prevent you from offering a quote (ex. Is your copmany not in the SAM system?) This is a request for information and no award will be made on the basis of this information.
