- The system has a response date of 12 January 2017, but this was to serve as a place holder. The Government is extending this to 28 February 2017, but this is still a PLACEHOLDER date ONLY. This is to prevent the solicitation from closing and becoming archived in the system. The protest has NOT be resolved and is still currently in a stay. The anticipated decision is 23 February 2017. So the placeholder date is being set at 28 February 2017. In late February, there will be another posting advising potential offerors of all necessary information. There will be a new contract specialist on this requirement, Aqua Jefferson. Her contact info is found below. Kevin Dunne will no longer be working on this requirement after 20 January 2017.
