- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. This procurement action is to procure services to provide complete water treatment and softener treatment including chemicals and salts for boilers, pumps and/or feeders and any other necessary supplies and or equipment to maintain all the systems at the locations at Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, Kentucky. The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the subject solicitation. Contractor support is necessary provide complete water treatment and softener treatment in accordance with Performance Work Statement that will be release with the solicitation. Period of Performance: Base Year plus 2 Option Years This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set a Side. FOB Destination Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, KY. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 1 February 2017with a closing date approximately 14 to 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the FBO web site and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
