- Solicitation W911SA-17-Q-0068 will be issued on or about 23-January-2017 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at USARC Facilities in multiple locations in Michigan. The performance period is 1-March-2017 (or subsequent date) to 28-February-2018 with four (4) one year option periods. USARC locations are as follows: MI013-Inkster, MI MI020-Livonia, MI Mi029- Southfield, MI Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. If a Site Visit will be held, the information will be posted with the Solicitation.
