- PR Number: 5340-01-150-6617 Nomenclature: Woodward Inc. RFP Due Date: February 13, 2017 1:00 PM EST •· This procurement is being solicited under the Federal Acquisition Regulations ( FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The required item is determined non-commercial. •· Quantity: This procurement is for 50 each, Critical Safety Item (CSI) Mounting Brackets, sole source (restricted) to Woodward Inc., under CAGE: 60029 or CAGE 81873, for Part Number: 3219-114. The Government has included an Option Clause along with an EPA adjustment in order to reserve the right to order additional supplies (with a commodity adjustment) at the end of the contract. •· Certified Cost and Pricing Information along with a Small Business Subcontracting Plan if the award total exceeds $750,000.00 and $700,000.00 respectively and meets the criteria noted in the SPE5EC16RE0008. •· This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. •· Delivery is as follows: 305 days. •· This solicitation contains NO Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. •· Anticipated award date: March 8, 2017 •· This item will have Source Inspection as designated by QAP EQ0003 & evaluated using FOB Origin. Delivery shall be to DLA Distribution Depot New Cumberland Facility. All items supported w ill be for stock. All deliveries will be packaged, marked and bar coded in accordance with the specifications of the solicitation. •· The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price, responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the terms of the solicitation. •· This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contact with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). •· Buy American Act Certification applies •· For additional information, please contact A.
