- PR Number(s): FD20601670460, FD20601691069, FD20601730075, FD20601730666 NSN: 4920-01-423-8143EW, Part Number 188100-7001, AN/ALM-288 Countermeasures Dispenser Tester (CDT) w/case, used to verify the absence of stray voltage and the operational status of an AN/ALE-40, AN/ALE-45 and AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispensing System. Materials: Various. Total requirement is for a quantity of 22 EA to satisfy United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. Delivery will be 10 months after receipt of contract. There are no drawings/data available. The approximate RFP issue date will be 26 Jan 2017, with approximate response date of 27 Feb 2017. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests will be honored and no hard copies will be mailed out. This acquisition is sole source to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. (19397) IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date is 31 Mar 2017. Duration of Contract Period: 10 months Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
