AMENDMENT 0003 has been posted extending the proposal submission date from 14 November 2016 to 29 November 2016. This extension is a result of the changes made to the solicitation, on Amendment 0002. Offerors and interested parties are advised to thoroughly review Amendment 0002 and its changes; as the USG provided its objective to procure a COCO cloud-based UC Soft Client Subscrption Service, however hybrid or non-cloud based solutions will be considered. AMENDMENT 0002 Unified Capabilities Soft Client Subscription Services Solicitation W52P1J-16-R-0172 has been amended. Amendment 0002 provides responses and clarifications to questions asked in relation to Solicitation W52P1J-16-R-0172. The responses and clarifications are included in Attachment 0010 of the solicitation. Attachment 0001, 0002, 0003 and 0005 have also been updated. The Solicitation for Unified Capabilities Soft Client Subscription Services W52P1J-16-R-0172 has been amended to remove the errata sheets from the end of the solicitation and Attachment 0001 Statement of Objectives (SOO) has been amended to remove the Draft watermark on the document. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Unified Capabilities Soft Client Subscription Services, Solicitation Number W52P1J-16-R-0172, in support of Project Director, Enterprise Services (PD ES) program. The overall objective of Unified Capabilities Soft Client Subscription Services is to provide worldwide accessible services, which includes non-assured voice, video, instant messaging/chat, presence, and desktop sharing capabilities delivered from a Contractor Owned and Contractor Operated, on premise or off premise, cloud-based (Software-as-a-Service) service solution. This requirement is being solicited under Full and Open Competition. The period of performance consists of one (1) one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. A single firm-fixed price contract award will be made to the Offeror that is determined to be the Best Value to the Government. All contractors who provide goods and/or services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
