Description

The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Coatesville VA Medical Center (CVAMC) located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320-2040 has a future requirement to lease a Package Tracking System. The system will need to scan inbound packages from multiple vendors and store all relevant information about every package that is delivered to the warehouse and mailroom. The system allows all of the information from the sender to the receiver be received and digitally signed by all persons involved in the receipt and recording of every package delivered to the warehouse or mailroom. All information is them stored in a database. Responses to this notice shall include: Company Name Address Point of contact Phone Number E-mail Address DUNS Number CAGE Code Tax ID Number Note: All interested vendors shall be required to be registered in SAM(System for Award Management) in order to do business with the Government as all invoicing takes place via EFT. Please refer to SAM.gov. on how to register. Please provide answers to all of the below questions regarding your firm s Socio-Economic status pursuant to North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. Is your business a small business under NAICS 532420? Is your firm a Veteran-Owned Small Business? Is your firm a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business? Is you firm a certified HUB Zone firm? Is your firm a Woman Owned business? Is your firm a Large Business? Does your firm currently have a contract on the GSA website? Is yes, please provide GSA contract number and expiration date. Please also provide a capability statement as well as any relevant literature addressing your organization s ability to perform the required services.
