- Cox Flowmeter Set Item Description Combined Synopsis/Solicitation ** This solicitation is an amendment to a previous solicitation (FA8125_17_Q_0028). The technical evaluation is being updated to reflect refurbished items are not acceptable. Items must be brand new. *** Set of Cox Flowmeters on the test stand to test fluid flow on various fuel control components. These flow meters are required to prevent work stoppage during the mandatory calibration of the present asset. Additional information can be found in attachment 1
