- N00164-17-R-WM98 - SOLE SOURCE - ABACO SYSTEMS INCORPORATED - SPARES/REPAIRS IN SUPPORT OF THE AN/SLQ-32(V)6 INSTALLATIONS - FSC 5998 - NAICS 334419 Anticipated Issue Date: 15 FEB 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date: 23 MAR 2017 - Time 2:00 PM EDT The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division anticipates awarding a five year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for spares and repairs requirements on a sole source basis to Abaco, LLC.12090 S Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, Alabama 35803-3308 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The procurement is for spares and repairs of Abaco equipment in support of AN/SLQ-32(V)6 installations. Parts include P/N 77A126540P1 - CCA, SWITCH, NIC, 8-Port, P/N 77A126694P1 - SINGLE BOARD COMPUTER VME CARD, P/N 77A126691P1 - ETHERNET SWITCH VME CARD, P/N 77A126691P2 - ETHERNET SWITCH VME CARD, P/N 77A126687P1 - SRIO SWITCH VME CARD, P/N 77A126688P1 - VXS SWITCH VME CARD, P/N 77C735742P1 - ES PROCESSOR QUAD DC and P/N 77A126689P1 - QUAD PROCESSOR BOARD. This procurement is for a maximum of $1,943,827.00. The FOB point shall be FOB destination: NSWC Crane. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery terms will be addressed per delivery order. Data deliverables are in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists, DD 1423's. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to Abaco Systems, Inc. through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, contracting by negotiation. The anticipated contract action award date is 15 DEC 2017. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Abaco Systems, Inc. directly. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received in response to this synopsis will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
