Attachment 01 Service Contract Wage Determination 15-5456 (Rev. -2) W912J3-17-T-0004 - Children's Youth Camp May 26-28, 2017 The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMANG), Santa Fe, New Mexico is soliciting on a 100% small business set-aside for services to provide a children's youth camp in or around Capitan, New Mexico during May 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2017 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). However, if no small business quotes are obtained for this requirement the NMANG will then consider all quotes submitted by other than small business's. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price one time contract with a maximum of up to 120 Campers and 30 Adult Chaperones. A solicitation will be issued along with this synopsis in accordance with FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. A solicitation for this requirement will be available immediately on Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov). All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. A performance work statement (PWS) detailing the specifics of this requirement is included in the solicitation. The Government estimates that an award will be made by mid-February 2017 to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government. To be considered for this award the contractor shall: 1.) Be able to meet all requirements defined in the synopsis, solicitation, and PWS; 2.) Be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database per DFARS 252.204-7004 (www.sam.gov); 3.) Contractor shall be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically. All questions pertaining to the details of the solicitation, or the PWS itself shall be submitted to NMANG Contract Specialist John P. McLaughlin by email: john.p.mclaughlin74.civ@mail.mil, by 11AM MST on 01/20/2017; Questions will not be accepted after this date. All responsible sources may submit one (1) quotation in accordance with the PWS and shall be considered by the agency by responding to this solicitation or via email to John P. McLaughlin by 3PM MST on 01/27/2017.
