- Performance Work Statement THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Any future solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). Therefore, interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates to include amendments. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to gather industry information in regards to our Custodial Services contract at Edwards Air Force Base, California. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested sources capable of providing all management, vehicles, tools, equipment, products, materials, supplies and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Edwards AFB, CA (EAFB), the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Force Plant 42 in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, sanitary, neat and professional appearance. The contractor would be responsible for accomplishing all cleaning tasks and be required to provide all restroom and centrally located trash liners, and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms and buildings identified in the PWS in order to meet the requirements. It is anticipated that the Custodial Services contract will be a 1 year, Firm Fixed-Price, Requirements type contract, with four optional contract years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 561720 - with a size standard of $18M. Capability Statements shall be limited to no more than five pages and shall clearly state the following: custodial services experience, disciplines utilized, and knowledge. In addition, provide/answer the following: (1) Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, Cage Code and DUNS number; (2) Company's business size, to include average annual receipts, and confirmation of socioeconomic status; (3) GSA Schedule Number, if applicable; (4) As this is a draft PWS, please address any concerns that you find in the document that should be clarified by the Government prior to the issuance of a solicitation. All email correspondence shall contain a subject line that reads "FA9301-17-R-0002 Sources Sought: Custodial". If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only.pdf,.doc, or.xls documents are sent. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged at this time, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Information received will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. If your Small Business Firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, please prepare and submit a Capabilities Statement by 3:00 PM (PST) on 19 Jan 2017.
