- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Proposal, W9127N-17-Q-0017. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluations prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be full and open competition. The NAICS code is 811310. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92-1. Title of Requirement: 20,000 hour Service on 4 separate MTU 12V2000 engines, as well as replacement of three additional parts: Intercooler (8V4000), Exhaust Manifold (S 60), and Turbocharger. Purchase Description: Preventative maintenance on V2000 MTU engines for the Dredge YAQUINA. Procurement shall include all related parts and labor. Submission requirements: Proposals should be E-mailed to joshua.d.fellwock@usace.army.mil by 9:00 a.m. pacific time on January 27, 2017. Basis for Award: Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government has a right to reject any and all offers. See FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, below. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure the 20,000 hour service for 4 12V2000 auxiliary engines for the Dredge YAQUINA.
