In preparation for a future procurement, the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 339113 that can offer the services listed below: STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES Transaction Number: 580-17-1-114-1944 PURPOSE The purpose is to procure Integra Selector Sterile Tubing Kits for use with the CUSA NXT System for patient care neuro surgery. Seeking distributors of the Integra Lifesciences Brand Name or Equivalent products listed below. QUANTITY ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT ESTIMATED OR STOCK NO. UNIT COST O.R.: #1517079 KIT-TUBING-ASPIRATOR-SURGICAL ULTRASONIC-SELECTOR TRAY 1 CS Interested companies shall submit an electronic statement/attachment outlining their company's capability and capacity to provide the products/services requested. Also, firms shall provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code they fall within (i.e. small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUB Zones, small disabled veteran owned businesses, etc.) This Sources sought is for informational purposes only and all businesses able to provide this equipment are encouraged to submit information regardless of Business size.
