- Provide 2915-01-657-8840, VALVE, FUEL SYSTEM. PR 0065929931, CAGE 06848 Honeywell International PN 2718834. Quantity of 16 each. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Honeywell International Inc., CAGE 06848. The agency does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 06848, P/N 2718834). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 16 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 200 days ARO. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 13, 2017 with an estimated closing date of February 13, 2017.
