GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Moseley Delineated Area: Point of Beginning: Intersection of US-60 (Midlothian Turnpike) and SR-288 (WWII Veterans Memorial Pkwy) West on US-60 (Midlothian Turnpike) to the Powhatan County line Southwest along the Powhatan County line to the Amelia County line South from that point to SR-602 East on SR-602 to Second Branch Road North on Second Branch Road to SR-655 East on SR-655 to Qualla Road North on Qualla Road to SR-288 Northwest on SR-288 (WWII Veterans Memorial Pkwy) returning to the Point of Beginning Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4767 Total Min (3007 Off Min / 1760 WH Min) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5243 Total Max (3307 Off Max / 1936 WH Max) Space Type: Office, Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: 240 months Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: none Additional Requirements: 1 st floor required Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare.
